- 1 berenjena
- 1 calabacín
- 2-3 tomates

- Buscamos un recipiente que podamos introducir en el cesto de la freidora.

- Cortamos a rodajas de un centímetro aproximadamente, el tomate, la berenjena y el calabacín.
- Vamos colocando rodajas alternas de berenjena, calabacín y tomate, hasta llenar el recipiente.
- Envolvemos el recipiente con papel de aluminio, e introducimos en el cesto de la freidora, no es necesario precalentar.
- Cocinamos a 180º durante unos 50 minutos.
- Retiramos el papel de aluminio y cocinamos unos 10 minutos más a 180º o hasta que nos guste la textura de las verduras.
- Utilizamos el ratatouille como salsa para acompañar unas gambas al ajillo.
