  10. Para el horneado, cuece la hogaza con vapor a una temperatura entre 240-260ºC.
  11. Cuando hayan pasado 10 min, baja la temperatura 220ºC el resto del tiempo, aproximadamente 40-45 min. Comprueba que la hogaza está lista y deja que se temple para disfrutar de su sabor.
