  1. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos en un bol y batimos los huevos en otro bol. Echamos los filetes de sardinas en huevo y luego unos cuantos en la mezcla de pan rallado, hierbas y queso
  2. Los vamos rebozando en tandas y las ponemos encima de un trozo de papel engrasado con aceite de oliva. Mientras estamos rebozando los filetes, ponemos a calentar aceite de oliva en una sartén. Sabremos que el aceite está caliente cuando echamos un poquito del rebozado en la sartén y empieza a freír y moverse, tal como se ve en el vídeo abajo.
  3. Dejamos los filetes unos 40 segundos, les damos la vuelta con cuidado, y los dejamos 20 segundas más. Luego los ponemos encima de papel de cocina para que empape el exceso de aceite.
  4. Y para acompañar, una rica ensalada de tomate, aguacate y cebolla. ¡Delicioso!
