- Le incorporamos las manzanas, reservando una cuantas, para decorar por encima, y volver a mezclar todo muy bien.
- Echar en el molde que elijáis, forrado con papel de horno, o untar mantequilla y harina en su caso. Echar por encima el resto de las manzanas y si quieres espolvorear por encima con azúcar moreno.
- Hornear a 180ºC con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 45 minutos, pinchar y ver si sale limpio, ya está.
- Sacar del horno, esperar unos 5 minutos, y desmoldar con mucho cuidado, para ponerlo en una rejilla para terminar de enfriar bien.
- Luego, puedes guardarlo en un táper en el frigorífico, o trocear en porciones y congelarlo.
