- 200 gr bacon (no ahumado) o panceta fresca
- 6 yemas de huevo
- 60-70 gr queso pecorino

- En la sartén de hacer el bacon echa los piñones de pasta reservados o directamente de la cazuela un poco escurridos (aunque no demasiado), saltéalos para que cojan sabor y echa el caldo reservado.
